Job Summary
An engineering solutions company has a current position open for a Remote Principal CPU Architectural Modeling Engineer in Santa Clara.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Responsible for functional modeling of CPU and CPU peripherals
- Adding architectural as well as implementation defined features to CPU functional model
- Supporting software prototyping using CPU functional model
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- BS Degree in CS or EE
- 3+ years of software programming experience
- Knowledge of a CPU architecture (x86, RISCV, ARM, Power)
- Understanding of Modern CPU Micro-architecture
- Experience with C/C++, Python
- Experience with functional modeling of CPU or SoC components
