Job Summary
A streaming company has an open position for a Remote Principal Customer Engagement Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Translating customer requirements into a successful program
- Ensuring clear and consistent communication of project status
- Leading teams consisting of solutions architects, developers, project managers, and vendors
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Ability to travel
- Bachelor's degree in a technical or equivalent work experience
- 10+ years of experience in a technical consulting and account management capacity
- Experience with digital media technology and business models
- Experience leading others, both as direct reports and as matrixed contributors
- Proven initiative and ability to work both independently and with peer collaboration
