Job Summary

A streaming company has an open position for a Remote Principal Customer Engagement Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Translating customer requirements into a successful program
  • Ensuring clear and consistent communication of project status
  • Leading teams consisting of solutions architects, developers, project managers, and vendors

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Ability to travel
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical or equivalent work experience
  • 10+ years of experience in a technical consulting and account management capacity
  • Experience with digital media technology and business models
  • Experience leading others, both as direct reports and as matrixed contributors
  • Proven initiative and ability to work both independently and with peer collaboration
