Job Summary

An information technology software company has a current position open for a Remote Principal Data Platform Engineer .

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Owning the end-to-end delivery of projects related to our data platform initiative
  • Consulting and partnering with Operations group as they evolve maturity of monitoring systems and processes
  • Building and maintaining high throughput data pipelines with state of the art technologies

Required Skills:

  • 5+ years experience as a Data Platform Engineer
  • 2+ years experience working with Amazon Web Services
  • Hands on experience with data and platform design patterns and knowledge
  • Experience on Cassandra, and ElasticSearch/Lucene
