Job Summary
A software company is filling a position for a Remote Principal Deal Desk Analyst.
Must be able to:
- Perform comprehensive deal reviews on high risk/highly complex deals
- Develop, implement and track the success of cost and discounting models
- Partner with legal team to participate in customer contract negotiations
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Background in contract negotiation preferred
- Experience in developing pricing models to drive business growth
- Background or knowledge in Software industry and Software licensing models
- Strong collaborator and able to work in fast moving, dynamic environment to tight deadlines
- Experience in assessing multiple business and financial factors to make complex judgment calls
