Job Summary

A technology company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Principal Design Engineer in Poughkeepsie.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Meeting the requirements of Lead Design Engineer in your respective expertise
  • Working with Project Managers in the quoting process
  • Mentoring of all engineering staff

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Masters degree in Engineering from an accredited four-year college or university
  • Minimum of 11-12 years of related experience and/or training with a minimum of 2 years experience as a Lead Engineer
  • Strong debug and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with static timing analysis
  • Experience with high-speed ADC/DAC interface, SERDES, PCIe
  • Experience with digital design tools and simulators (Modelsim/QuestaSim)
