Job Summary

A software engineering company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Principal DevOps Engineer Architect in Vienna.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Applying hands-on skills and experience to DevOps initiatives across our programs
  • Leading DevOps initiatives across our portfolio of projects
  • Collaborating with VP of Technology to gather feedback from customers

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Must have 10+ years of experience
  • 5+ years of recent experience as a solution architect and technical proposal leader
  • More than 5 years of relevant engineering experience with demonstrated expertise in the DevOps mindset
  • Must have experience as an Agile/DevOps Lead over mid to large programs
  • Proficient with CI/CD pipeline tools such as Jenkins, Travis CI, and Visual Studio Team Services
  • Familiar with Git version control including branching, tagging, pull requests, and merging
