Job Summary

A research services company is in need of a Remote Principal Federal Child Welfare Research Associate.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Lead or contribute to all stages of federal contracts acquisition and management
• Manage project budgets
• Supervise staff and interact with subcontractor and clients

Qualifications Include:

• Master's in social work, psychology, or related field
• 10+ years of experience in child welfare related research, policy, or technical assistance with federal and state clients
• Experience managing project budgets, and developing technical, staffing and cost proposals
• Experience managing and directing staff and subcontractors
