Job Summary

A software company is filling a position for a Remote Principal Global Compensation Consultant.

Must be able to:

  • Partner with the head of total rewards on the global compensation strategy
  • Partner closely with the head of total rewards on executive compensation matters
  • Advising, influencing, and educating on all compensation related matters, strategies, and solutions

Qualifications Include:

  • A bachelor’s degree
  • 10+ years of previous compensation experience
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Strong knowledge and experience in the technology industry
  • Extensive knowledge of HRIS in defining compensation requirements and running tool functionality
  • Strong presentation skills
