A developer security platform is in need of a Remote Principal Go to Market Recruiter in Boston.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Driving new applications globally for the roles that you’re responsible for
• Building up diverse pipelines of passive candidates
• Supporting and encouraging employee referrals

Required Skills:

• Have internal recruitment experience
• 10+ years or equivalent experience in full lifecycle recruiting and sourcing
• Have recruited for a technical product company before
• Are great at building relationships with stakeholders and driving new initiatives of improvement
• Enjoy working in a fast paced, high growth company and feel comfortable with ambiguity
