A gaming company has a current position open for a Remote Principal Graphics Engineer.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Planning and implementation of complex graphical tasks inside Unity
- Profiling and optimization of mobile visual effects and wider rendering pipeline
- Iterating on new or existing functionality and UI / UX
Qualifications for this position include:
- B.Sc. in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent education / work experience
- 8+ Years game industry / mobile app experience as a software developer
- 3+ Years graphics experience in writing shaders in HLSL
- Expert knowledge in C#, C/C++, or a similar programming language
- Experience with the Unity game engine and its Universal Render Pipeline
- Experience with performance profiling and optimization
