Job Summary
A banking and credit lending company is seeking a Remote Principal Human Resources Business Risk and Control Advisor.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Leading in the area of risk management
- Leading and influencing partnerships with HR business process owners
- Performing more complex risk assessments on moderate to highly rated processes to identify and assess risks
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance or Related
- 6-8 Years’ of experience risk operations, internal controls, audit, finance, or related
- Ability to participates in the development of root cause analysis, action plans and monitors the remediation in an effective and timely manner
- Ability to develop risk monitoring and reporting to the business process owners
- Ability to support a strong risk management culture
- Ability to mentor more junior team members
