Job Summary
A staffing agency is seeking a Remote Principal Integrated Circuit Design Engineer in San Jose.
Must be able to:
- Develop custom high-speed GHz digital blocks, data converters, and memory designs for various military applications
- Develop, simulate, verify and test RTL and standard-cell based digital control and signal processing designs
- Take your circuits through all phases of design, simulation, layout, verification, and test
Position Requirements Include:
- Bachelor's degree in an Engineering or Scientific field
- Chip design experience with space travel, rockets or satellites
- Experience designing chips that have to take radiation into account
- Experience with IC design from simulation through layout and physical verification
- Exposure to CAD tools such as Synopsys, Cadence, Analog artist, and Assura
- Familiarity with Linux and Microsoft Windows environments
