Job Summary
A software company has a current position open for a Remote Principal Machine Learning Scientist.
Must be able to:
- Build, experiment, train, tune, and ship machine learning models
- Write production-quality/ optimized code
- Work with machine learning infrastructure engineers to ship models
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- MS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Statistics, Physics, or similar quantitative field
- Strong theoretical and mathematical foundations in linear algebra, and probability theory
- Strong production level programming skills in Python or C++
- 5+ years experience in working with: pytorch, tensorflow, numpy, scipy, scikit-learn, or pandas
- 5+ years industry experience training and shipping production machine learning models
- Experience communicating projects to both technical and non-technical audiences
