Job Summary

A company is looking for a Work from Home Empower Dealer Success (EDS) Principal Ops Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage inventory and activation escalations, aging cases, and product/process improvements
  • Respond to internal and external customers while executing end-to-end escalation management
  • Establish relationships with EDS vendors and ensure compliance with departmental standards
Required Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent Certification
  • At least 3 years of customer service or call center experience
  • At least 2 years of experience in auto finance
  • At least 1 year of experience using Google Suite or Microsoft Office
