Job Summary

An analytics software company is seeking a Remote Principal Operations Research Consultant.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Building mathematical optimization models using linear programming
  • Managing medium to large scale projects focused on the development and implementation of optimization solutions
  • Further developing analytic processes and procedures, working across departments

Required Skills:

  • Masters in Operations Research, Industrial Engineering, Management Science, Statistics, or related field
  • Significant, demonstrable experience in a technical role in a commercial environment (3+ years)
  • Hands on experience with Mathematical Optimization Software
  • Experience with model development platforms
  • Experience writing database SQL queries
  • All other requirements necessary for this position
