A technology company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Principal People Partner.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Serve as a key point of contact for the employees and managers on our GTM teams
- Develop and drive world-class people management practices
- Serve as a subject matter expert
Position Requirements Include:
- Data and analytical skills
- Prior Business Partner experience
- You're an effective leader and partner, for employees at all levels and have been part of a GTM
- You've had significant experience running high impact programs for companies with 100% YoY headcount growth
