Job Summary

A business solutions company has a current position open for a Remote Principal Product Business Marketing Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Maintaining overall responsibility for product marketing
• Defining product communications strategy to ensure customer understanding and satisfaction
• Monitoring and analyzing customer needs and technology trends

Qualifications Include:

• Masters of Business Administration (MBA)
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Marketing or related field or equivalent experience
• 10+ years of experience in contact center software product marketing
• Experience in marketing a SaaS solutions
• Ability to work cross functionally with peer group and executive leadership in order to achieve goals
• Ability to prioritize, manage and deliver multiple projects simultaneously
