Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior/Principal Product Designer (Contract, Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Set and elevate design standards for enterprise digital products, providing hands-on design leadership
• Translate product strategy and user needs into intuitive, accessible, and high-fidelity design solutions
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to define requirements and resolve complex design challenges

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Visual Communication, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• 10+ years of experience in product design, digital design, or UX/UI design
• Extensive experience designing web-based and digital products within agile environments
• Strong experience with design systems and component-based platforms
• Proven ability to mentor and influence designers without direct authority
