Remote Principal Product Designer

Job Summary

To support the Enterprise Web Initiative, the full-time freelance Remote Principal Product Designer will elevate design standards for digital products, translating product strategy into high-fidelity design solutions while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Set and elevate design standards for enterprise digital products through hands-on leadership across web experiences
• Translate product strategy and user needs into intuitive and accessible design solutions while ensuring alignment with the enterprise design system
• Champion user-centered design practices and contribute to evolving design systems, component libraries, and UI patterns for scalable product development

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Visual Communication, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• 10+ years of experience in product design, digital design, or UX/UI design, with a proven track record in delivering enterprise-scale digital products
• Extensive experience working within design systems and agile product-led environments
• Strong portfolio showcasing high-quality product thinking and visual craftsmanship
• Proven ability to mentor and influence designers while collaborating effectively with product managers and engineers
