Job Summary
A plumbing wholesale supplier has a current position open for a Remote Principal Product Owner.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Facilitate operations to ensure stability and performance of digital platforms
- Handle QRT backlogs to ensure timely closure of issue while working to reduce the backlog tickets
- Support the internal development/product/support teams to align technology roadmaps
Qualifications for this position include:
- 5+ years of eCommerce experience
- Prior Product Owner/Product Manager experience, knowledge and understanding in eCommerce related fields
- Ability to report to customers from various application monitoring solutions
- Operational knowledge of Agile ticketing systems and various documentation platforms
- Strong B2B technical and business knowledge to best coordinate and support the internal Teams
