Job Summary

An international payments company has an open position for a Remote Principal Program Manager in Seattle.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Architecting global Early in Career programs
  • Assessing the current state and then leading the agreement of a future state roadmap
  • Aligning stakeholders and then operationalize globally

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Regarded by your peers as an expert in University Recruiting or Rotation Programs
  • Demonstrated expertise as a change champion for our global Early in Career programs
  • Energized by listening to Hiring Leader, leading them to establish best practices and inspiring a shared vision
  • Extensive experience leading University Recruiting, Rotation Programs or other related experience
  • 8-10+ years of related experience for a Principal PM level role
  • 6-8+ years of experience for a Senior PM level role
