Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Principal Project Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement a standardized project management methodology tailored to organizational needs
• Lead process optimization initiatives, identifying inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement
• Manage enterprise-wide projects with significant financial and operational impact while mentoring project managers

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in project management, process improvement, and business analysis, with 5 years in a leadership role
• PMP and/or relevant certifications (e.g., Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Agile) are required
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field
• Deep expertise in process mapping and data analysis using improvement methodologies
• Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to influence organizational change
