Job Summary

Leading the development and implementation of a unified project management framework, the full-time Remote Principal Project Manager will optimize business processes, manage enterprise-wide initiatives, and mentor teams while working remotely across the U.S.

Key responsibilities

• Design and govern a standardized project management methodology tailored to organizational needs
• Conduct comprehensive analysis to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for process optimization
• Lead change management initiatives to ensure successful adoption of new methodologies and processes

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in project management, process improvement, and business analysis, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field
• Deep expertise in process mapping and data analysis using methodologies like Lean and Six Sigma
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills with a proven ability to influence organizational change
• Advanced proficiency with project management and process mapping software
