- Be responsible for end-to-end hiring process for people leader roles within the organization
- Project manage the stages of the executive search process
- Provide the highest quality experience for candidates and customers
Position Requirements Include:
- 6+ years of talent acquisition experience with at least three in Executive Search experience
- Experience with retained and corporate executive recruiting
- Outstanding research skills and ability to leverage social media and diverse sourcing tools and professional networks
- A strategic, inclusive, and innovative approach to talent acquisition
- Awareness of technology, data analytics and the disruptive influence on traditional healthcare business
- Excel at Project Management
