An education benefits provider needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Principal Recruiter.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Advise the highest levels of management about internal processes
- Support Executive Search level sourcing plans and hires
- Champion company best practices in all aspects of recruiting
Qualifications for this position include:
- Ability to be a subject matter expert and advise at the executive level
- Proven executive level recruiting experience with a strong track record of sourcing and closing top-tier talent in a competitive environment
- Strong experience recruiting and closing top talent executive level talent
- Masterful at navigating critical conversations at every level
- Familiarity with HR databases, applicant tracking systems and CMS
- Experience in working with & influencing DE&I best practices within Executive Level recruiting
