Job Summary
A connected at-home boxing gym needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Principal Recruiter.
Must be able to:
- Work in close concert with the Head of Talent Acquisition to identify and engage talent across several core disciplines
- Lead a high-touch, proactive, data-driven, and consultative full life-cycle search process
- Manage the full life cycle recruitment process; comfortable communicating with candidates from interview to hire
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Experience working in a tech company
- Experience working with an Applicant tracking system, knowledge of Lever preferred
- 6+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience ideally focused in tech, gaming, or media industries
- Advanced research and sourcing skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments, embrace ambiguity and adapt quickly to changes
- Ability to compile & analyze data and metrics to strategically support our ambitious and aggressive growth objectives
