Job Summary

A medical therapy manufacturing company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Principal Sales Compensation Analyst .

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Analyzes sales incentive performance and effectiveness
  • Facilitates all aspects of sales incentive compensation programs from design and analysis to reviews, approvals and execution
  • Develops sales compensation reporting and reviews

Position Requirements Include:

  • Travel: Yes, < 25 % of the Time
  • Bachelor’s Degree with 7+ years of compensation and/or finance experience, or advanced degree with 5+ years of experience
  • Experience supporting a Sales organization
  • Knowledge expertise in program design, communication, implementation and administration
  • Highly collaborative style, flexibility, and strong team orientation
