Job Summary
A medical therapy manufacturing company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Principal Sales Compensation Analyst .
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Analyzes sales incentive performance and effectiveness
- Facilitates all aspects of sales incentive compensation programs from design and analysis to reviews, approvals and execution
- Develops sales compensation reporting and reviews
Position Requirements Include:
- Travel: Yes, < 25 % of the Time
- Bachelor’s Degree with 7+ years of compensation and/or finance experience, or advanced degree with 5+ years of experience
- Experience supporting a Sales organization
- Knowledge expertise in program design, communication, implementation and administration
- Highly collaborative style, flexibility, and strong team orientation
