Job Summary

A health insurance provider has a current position open for a Remote Principal Salesforce Software Engineer.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Building and adopting Salesforce architecture in existing technologies
  • Assisting with the development of data integration strategies
  • Executing production rollout strategy and support for users

Position Requirements Include:

  • Experience with functional or imperative programming languages
  • Familiarity with Salesforce tech stack — e.g. Apex, Lightning, VisualForce
  • Experience leading development projects
  • Experience creating space and opportunity for other people to become leaders
  • Experience building and refactoring complex (often distributed) systems
  • Ability to approach building and maintaining systems with maturity and rigor
