An an IT and computer services company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Principal Security Engineer.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Assessing potential security solutions and projects for both internal and customer use
- Developing security tools in languages such as C/C++, Python, Go, or Java
- Providing and receiving input from product and platform management on options for meeting customer security needs
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- 8+ years proven track record in security engineering
- 5+ years of software/systems engineering experience
- Knowledge of cloud computing architecture, particularly in Identity, Compute, and Networking areas
- Thorough understanding of agile software development and the infrastructure lifecycle
