A network security company has a current position open for a Remote Principal Security Researcher.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Conduct research to identify potential weaknesses and security vulnerabilities in software
- Prototype detection algorithms and perform binary analysis/reverse-engineering
- Conduct research to improve automation, accuracy, and efficiency of detection techniques
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Attend and present at industry conferences
- 7+ years of software or technology work experience
- 3+ years of practical application security work experience
- 2+ years of practical software development experience
- The ability to enter a “breaker” mentality
- Prototyping ability
