Job Summary
A computer software company is seeking a Remote Principal Self Service and Artificial Intelligence Implementation Consultant.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Participating in customer workshops and design call flows
- Designing, developing and maintaining IVR’s, Bots and routing applications
- Creating accurate development effort estimates
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Willingness to travel, including internationally
- 7 + Years of experience leading software development /Professional services projects
- 3 + Years of experience with commercial IVR applications, Routing, and Bots
- Development experience in appropriate development tools
- Demonstrated experience in a customer facing role and handled difficult customer situations
- BS/MS/BA or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering or related field
