Job Summary

A major financial and banking institution is filling a position for a Remote Principal Service Management Resilience Specialist in Johnston.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Building and maintaining a sound program to meet mission-driven strategic business goals
  • Designing, developing, implementing and managing oversight of process controls, procedures and reporting solutions
  • Infusing quality of service characteristics, such as scalability, manageability and availability into distributed service-based framework

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • 7+ years of IT experience
  • Experience in Design, development & support of Site Reliability Engineering solutions & program support for a company
  • Experience in Operations Service Delivery Management role(s) with accountability for system resilience / recovery programs
  • Demonstrated, strong understanding of application and infrastructure architecture, design and operations principles
  • Proven communication (both oral and written) and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability influencing key decision-makers
