Job Summary
A major financial and banking institution is filling a position for a Remote Principal Service Management Resilience Specialist in Johnston.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Building and maintaining a sound program to meet mission-driven strategic business goals
- Designing, developing, implementing and managing oversight of process controls, procedures and reporting solutions
- Infusing quality of service characteristics, such as scalability, manageability and availability into distributed service-based framework
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 7+ years of IT experience
- Experience in Design, development & support of Site Reliability Engineering solutions & program support for a company
- Experience in Operations Service Delivery Management role(s) with accountability for system resilience / recovery programs
- Demonstrated, strong understanding of application and infrastructure architecture, design and operations principles
- Proven communication (both oral and written) and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability influencing key decision-makers
