Job Summary

An investment company has a current position open for a Remote Principal Site Reliability Engineer.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Developing custom scripts as needed (monitoring plugins, automation, etc)
  • Handling scaling challenges in infrastructure and code
  • Building new AWS environments based on business and developer requirements

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Experience with general network & server security
  • Experience with Linux installation, management, support
  • Experience with monitoring tools, primarily Nagios and Munin
  • 6+ years of SRE/dev-ops experience
  • Experience managing deployment at scale with Azure, AWS, GCP, or Heroku
  • Experience working in an entrepreneurial / startup environment
