Job Summary

A banking and financial services firm is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Principal Software Engineer.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Design, and deliver high-availability services and/or creating responsive, performant, and maintainable websites
  • Serve as domain expert on the Alternative Investments business and systems
  • Drive the team's technical strategy and direction including implement ation of key coding principles

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Have at least 3 years of experience in cloud technologies
  • Have in-depth experience building API's
  • Have experience writing SQL queries with relational databases such as Microsoft SQL Server, or PostgreSQL
  • Have working knowledge of CI/CD or DevOps
  • Familiar with Python, .Net, or Java
  • At least 9 years of experience in a technical role supporting and/or designing cloud-based technologies as a senior-level software engineer
