Job Summary

A premium cable and satellite television network is seeking a Remote Principal Software Engineer in Englewood.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Designing, developing, and implementing the cloud warehouse pipeline
  • Assembling large, complex data sets that meet functional business requirements
  • Collaborating with business users to understand their analytic objectives and business needs

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Expert level in one or more high level programming languages
  • Expert level SQL and JSON handling
  • AWS EC2/ECS/Lambda/Step Functions/EKS/EMR, Kubernetes, docker, CloudFormation, CDK
  • 10 years in Software Development and Architecture, Business Intelligence, Data Warehousing
  • Demonstrated understanding of concepts, best practices and functions of a data warehouse
  • Strong communication and team building skills
