Job Summary

A technology company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Principal Software Quality Engineer.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks and scripts
  • Conduct new feature research and design test cases
  • Participate in the test and product planning processes

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • 10+ years of testing experience working with globally distributed QE team members
  • Programming skills in Bash shell, Ruby, Golang, Python, or another programming language
  • Familiarity with Linux containers and container orchestration tools
  • Expertise in designing, developing, and maintaining test environments and automated test suites
  • Knowledge of the Linux operating system (any distribution)
  • Familiarity with agile testing methodologies and techniques
