A customer experience company is filling a position for a Remote Principal Solution Consultant in Albany.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Support all Sales teams, Customer and Partners
• Assist in product research and question response
• Effectively present to large diverse audiences across business, product and technical topics

Required Skills:

• Delivers product and technical presentations on-site and remote
• BS Computer Science or equivalent work experience desirable
• 5-7 years of call/contact center industry and operations
• Strong interpersonal communication, active listening and conflict resolution skills
• Strong written communications
• Flexible and adaptable to all work environments
