Job Summary
A customer engagement solutions company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Principal Solution Consultant in DC.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Managing assigned prospects/customer
- Helping progress sales opportunities
- Ensuring Sales Account Executives are supported
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 5+ years business experience in Contact Center and/or Solutions Consulting OR
- Consulting experience in a software environment
- Proven record of meeting/exceeding established goals
- Ability to uncover CX gaps using a service design methodology
- Ability to work with the customer to co-create solutions to bridge CX gaps
