An aerospace and defense technology company is in need of a Remote Principal Sourcing Talent Acquisition Business Partner in San Diego.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Routinely pre-closing candidates to ensure high acceptance rates
  • Providing sourcing on engineering and/or non-engineering recruiting
  • Quickly synthesizing candidate and hiring manager feedback

Required Skills:

  • Travel 10%
  • 2+ years of corporate and/or search firm progressive experience
  • 6+ years of recruiting/HR experience with a Bachelor's degree OR equivalent years of experience
  • Must have experience with building and utilizing a variety of sourcing plans and tools
