Job Summary
A technology company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Principal Success Manager in Minneapolis.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Deliver Executive Business Reviews to key client stakeholders
- Achieve account retention and NPS goals
- Create customer advocates to generate strong references, referrals, and case studies
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 10+ years of experience in a strategic customer success or engagement management role
- 10+ years owning retention and maintaining health of multi-million dollar ARR accounts
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to adjust communication style and level of detail
- Excellent relationship building skills
