Job Summary

An IT company is filling a position for a Remote Principal Support Engineer.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Troubleshooting and researching customer issues
  • Working with customers during implementation and production of their Server-based applications
  • Advising engineering on the features and functionality of the software

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • 5+ years experience managing and troubleshooting Linux systems and networks
  • 6+ years of customer facing experience working with users/developers
  • BS in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent experience
  • Strong Unix/Linux administration skills
  • Some experience in writing Python
  • Strong programming experience in one of the following languages: Java/C/Go
