Job Summary
An IT company is filling a position for a Remote Principal Support Engineer.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Troubleshooting and researching customer issues
- Working with customers during implementation and production of their Server-based applications
- Advising engineering on the features and functionality of the software
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 5+ years experience managing and troubleshooting Linux systems and networks
- 6+ years of customer facing experience working with users/developers
- BS in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent experience
- Strong Unix/Linux administration skills
- Some experience in writing Python
- Strong programming experience in one of the following languages: Java/C/Go
