Job Summary

A software company has a current position open for a Remote Principal Technical Services Engineer.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Become a product expert
  • Serve as a product expert assisting in answering questions from customers
  • Create product-related technical content to support our customers

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Experience with engineering CAD software
  • Experience using a PDM and/or PLM tool
  • Experience and comfort in a client-facing role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent technical experience
  • Minimum 3-5 years working in an engineering role or role working for an engineering software company
