Job Summary
A communications technology company has an open position for a Remote Principal Technical Support Engineer.
Must be able to:
- Take ownership of customer reported network issues
- Provide assistance to quickly restore service
- Reproduce customer reported issues in a lab environment
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Any support-related or technology-related qualifications are desirable but not crucial
- Experience working in the networking space preferred
- Bachelor or diploma in a computer related field or equivalent work experience preferred
- Solid understanding and applied knowledge of TCP/IP, L3 routing, L2 switching, and Multicast preferred
