Job Summary

A communications technology company has an open position for a Remote Principal Technical Support Engineer.

Must be able to:

  • Take ownership of customer reported network issues
  • Provide assistance to quickly restore service
  • Reproduce customer reported issues in a lab environment

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Any support-related or technology-related qualifications are desirable but not crucial
  • Experience working in the networking space preferred
  • Bachelor or diploma in a computer related field or equivalent work experience preferred
  • Solid understanding and applied knowledge of TCP/IP, L3 routing, L2 switching, and Multicast preferred
