Job Summary
A global insurance company is in need of a Remote Principal User Experience Product Designer.
Must be able to:
- Collaborate with the Research Team to design and execute a variety of user research activities
- Independently create user experience and visual design solutions
- Define UX and brand standards in the execution of visual, interaction and motion design
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor`s degree or equivalent experience and minimum 10 years of experience in a related field
- Proven ability to create alignment among senior management on ideas/projects/process
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills
- Proven track record of collaborating effectively at all levels of the organization
- Strong organization and analytic thinking skills
- Visual design, UX design, prototyping, front-end development, user research and/or experiment design skills
