Job Summary
A software development company has a current position open for a Remote Principal User Experience Researcher.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Designing personas, journey maps, service blueprints and other artifacts
- Working closely with the UX and product teams to identify research topics
- Creating studies that address both user behavior and attitudes, generating insights that both fuel ideation and evaluate designs
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 8+ years experience in applied UX and product research
- 5+ year experience in hands-on product design
- Hands on experience creating journey maps, affinity maps, mental models, and design heuristics
- BA/BS in computer science, human-computer interaction, experimental psychology, or a related field with relevant experience
- Proven experience in qualitative research and user-centered design methods
