Job Summary
An online college is in need of a Remote Principles of Nutrition Visiting Instructor.
Must be able to:
- Develop and provide students with an approved syllabus that follows a template established by the college
- Uses appropriate technological for preparing the course and making it accessible to students
- Ensure that the content and level of material included on exams correspond to the course terminal objectives
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- A Master's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or Food Science or Public Health is required
- Minimum of one year teaching at the post-secondary level is preferred
- Three or more years of directly relevant professional experience
- Outstanding communication skills
- Must have excellent motivational and instructional skills in a diverse and non-traditional environment
- Must be able to facilitate diverse groups
