Job Summary
A healthcare software company has a current position open for a Remote Prior Authorization Operations Supervisor in San Francisco.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Helping to forecast staffing needs based on expected and observed program performance
- Establishing requirements for reporting, and work cross-functionally to implement and deliver those reports
- Managing performance expectations with our front end patient support staff
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Knowledge of and ability to use and apply medical terminology
- 2+ years experience leading health care operations teams
- Knowledge of computer systems and electronic medical records Ability to solve problems and identify solutions
- Ability to follow instructions and standard operating procedures
- Ability to work independently as well as an integral part of the patient care team
