Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Prior Authorization Pharmacist.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and complete criteria-based prior authorization determinations according to company policy
• Evaluate medication requests accurately and efficiently within established turnaround times
• Maintain high standards of clinical judgment, documentation, and compliance while working independently

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Active Pharmacist license in the state of residence
• Preference for candidates with retail pharmacy or Pharmacy Manager experience
• New graduates with strong leadership skills or residency/fellowship experience are acceptable
• Must provide a current internet speed test screenshot and have high-speed internet (25 Mbps download, 3 Mbps upload)
• Must have a private, secure workspace and a smartphone for VPN access
