Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Prior Authorization Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage outbound and occasional inbound calls to patients, providers, and payers
• Review and process prior authorization requests for medications, services, and procedures
• Verify patient eligibility, benefits, and insurance coverage

Required Qualifications

• 1+ year of recent experience in prior authorizations, benefits verification, or insurance claims
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology, CPT/ICD codes, and insurance processes
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Must have high-speed internet with modem access
• Ability to manage high call volume and multiple tasks with accuracy
