Job Summary
An intelligence software developer has a current position open for a Remote Privacy Attorney.
Must be able to:
- Review vendor and partner privacy policies, identify concerns and recommend risk mitigation strategies
- Draft, review, and negotiate data processing agreements
- Develop template privacy agreements and modify existing agreements based on legal requirements
Qualifications for this position include:
- JD degree
- 3 years experience in the privacy field
- Admittance in good standing before California State Bar or other state bar
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communications skills
- Strong analytical and issue-spotting skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a collegial, fast-paced environment
